MEDITATION: Meditation is one way of transcending the limits of the linear mind and their automatic reaction and reoccurring confusion. It allows the connectedness of all changing things and phenomena to become an experiential reality. This reality is very hard to communicate in words, because we use words in a linear fashion. Meditation is not just sitting still
and saying nothing or feeling nothing. You are feeling a lot but thinking nothing of "me", and cannot verbalize the feeling. It is potibodhita, to reveal again for non-duel observation and reevaluation.
What you research is what you have lost or lack , may be health, inner peace, truth, God, sexuality, romance, loving kindness, compassion, joy for other, equanimity, and prosperity otherwise it would be called a search not research.
While it is premature to offer a comprehensive interpretation of Buddhist techniques of meditation. What appears are three basic classes of meditations on impermanence (anicca), Suffering (dhukka),and no-self (anatta) which is closely parallel the three types of Buddhist cosmologies.
“Our actions are all led by the mind; Mind is the master, mind is their marker. If one acts, consumes, or speaks with a defiled state of mind, the suffering follows like the cart-wheel that follows the foot of the ox. If one acts or speaks with a pure state of mind, then the happiness follows like a shadow that trails constantly behind. Meditation is to cultivate the good and to purify one’s mind”.

SOUND HEALING PALI CHANT FOR MENTAL CLARITY
Assume a comfortable seat with back straight, shoulder relax, arms relax, legs collected, abdomen collected and and take few deep breath through your mouth and relax your mind in your bare breath. Now start to chant loud
the following verses and writing to the end without a break. Then close your eyes and turn your eye balls into stone. Just sit in that bare breath for ten to
fifteen minutes and allow your thinking mind to sink into the sensation of
silence.
Namo tassa bhagavato Homage to the exalted one, the worthy one
arahato sammasambuddhassa the perfectly enlightened one
(Repeat three times)

"Better than sovereignty over the earth, better than going to heaven,
better than lordship over all worlds, is the fruit of entering the stream to
liberation. By oneself alone is evil done, by oneself is one defiled; by
oneself is evil left undone, by oneself alone is one purified. Purity and
impurity depend on oneself. No one can purify another. Easy to do are
things that are bad and harmful to oneself and other. But what is
beautiful and truly good, that is very difficult to do.
One who covers the evil he has done by doing wholesome deeds instead,
he illuminates this world like the moon when freed from clouds.
The fickle, unsteady mind, so hard to control, the wise man straightens
as the fletcher the arrow shaft. Rise up! do not be negligent!
Practice the beneficial Dharma, one practices the Dharma lives
happily in this world and the next. One must practice the beneficial
Dharma, not engage in wrong conduct. One who practices the Dharma
lives happily in this world and the next.
As fish jerked out from water quivers when thrown on dry land, so does
this mind quiver when it abandons Mara's addiction realm. Whatever harm
a foe may do, or one enemy to other, a wrongly directed mind can do far
greater harm than that. Neither mother nor father nor other relatives can
do so much good; a rightly directed mind can do far greater good than
that.
One must speak the truth for own health and other, avoid anger, and
give even if possessing little. Along these three paths one may go into
the presence of the gods. Conquer anger by patience, conquer evil by
goodness, conquer the stingy by generosity, conquer the liar by truth.
The victor creates enimity towards himself, the defeated lives in distress.
The peaceful live happily apart from both victory and defeat.
Happily we live without hate among those full of hate; among men who
hate we live not hating. Happily we live in good health among those who
are afflicted; among men who are afflicted we live good health. Happily
we live without craving among those full of craving we live without
craving.
Of paths the eight-fold path is best; of truths the four noble truths are
best; of all things dispassion is best; of men the man of vision is best.
You yourself must do the striving, the Buddhas only point out the path;
those who practice, meditating, free themselves from the bonds of the
Mara's desires. For one who is vigorous, mindful, pure in conduct,
discriminating, restrained, right living, and diligent, his glory constantly
increases. By arousing himself, by diligence, by restraint and self-control,
the wise man can make an island which no flood can overwhelm.
Diligence is the path to the deathless, negligence is the path to death.
The diligent do not die, the negligent are as if already dead. Better than
thousand speeches made up of useless words, is one single beneficial
word hearing which one becomes calm.
Guarding one's speech, restrained in mind, not doing wrong with the
body ___ purify the three ways of action, attained the path proclaimed
by the sage. From meditation wisdom arises, without meditation wisdom
declines. Knowing this two-fold path of growth and decline one must
conduct oneself that wisdom increases. There is no meditation without
wisdom, there is no wisdom without meditation. One who has both
wisdom and meditation is in the vicinity of nirvana. Those who meditate
constantly always firmly pressing forward, those wise ones realize
nirvana, the supreme security from bondage.
It is difficult to gain the human state; difficult is the life of men; It is
difficult to hear the true dharma. It is difficult for Buddhas to arise.
Understanding this as the excellence of diligence, the wise rejoice
in diligence, delighting in the noble one's realm."

Partnering the Pain & Dying with Confidence
Before practicing meditation, we see that mountains are mountains. When we start meditation, we see that mountains are no longer mountains. Now the mountains are very free. Our mind is still with the mountain, but it is no longer bound to anything. The mountains in the third stage of our life are not the same as those in the first. In the third stage, the mountain reveals them freely, and we cultivate mental composure to reset regression to free us from endless karmic rebirth and we call this moment “true being” flash moment of clarity. It is beyond being and non-being. Your training of tradition and their mental discipline line is conditioned to attitude that cannot be killed. It is merely the bodies that die.
