Herbs: Five to six stems of organic raw Dandelion, Parsley, Kale, Spinach, Basil. Ginger, one clove Garlic, raw slices of Beets, tiny slices of raw Turmeric (optional), half a raw carrots, and celery,
Protein: Soaked organic raw Garbanzo beans, and soaked Wild Rice overnight and half. Use soaked organic raw Barley if allergic to Garbanzo
beans. (Three table spoon) Fat: One tea spoon of organic raw coconut butter, coconut oil and raw Tahini
butter. Put all these ingredient in Vita-Mix with two cups of boiling water add organic Sea Salt, Cayenne papper, and paprika, half a tea spoon of raw yeast, and Maca super food. Blend all these in high speed for two minutes before serve.

water in the Vita Mix blending machine. one tea spoon of raw Almond butter or soaked raw Almonds, tea spoon of Cashew nuts or soaked raw Cashews, one spoon of raw Tahini butter. Sea salt,honey and dates to your taste. Add water or ice to your taste.Maca, Yacon, Chia seed, Carob powder and Fax seed are optional to add. Blend all in hi-speed and ready to drink.

Choice of mixed lettuce with fresh broccoli slaw, cucumber, avocado, tomatoes, apple and basil, and sprouted pumpkin seeds. Dressing: Mixed 1 tea spoon organic stone ground mustard, 1 teaspoon liquid amino, 1 spoon of cold pressed olive oil.

in the Vita-Mix hi-speed and ready to drink

Baby Bokchoy Salad
Baby bokchoy wash and chop with fresh tomatoes and persian chopped cucumber
Dressing: liquid amino, crush red papper, sesame powder, diced green onions, honey, little sea salt, sprouted walnut or seed of your choice.

Chinese Achchoy Vegetable saute
Wash and cut Achchoy. Cut thin long diced ginger. Heat up the pan with little water to the boiling add ginger and sea salt to taste. Cook Achcoy in the pan with ginger for 6 seconds with cover on and take out and sprinkle sesame or olive oil on top before serve.

Cook in a low heat with chopped Ginger, Garlic, red Beets, Celery, yucca roots, Sea salt, Paprika,Cayenne powder, cashew nuts, with organic bean paste and add your favorite spices. Diced Parsley, Basil, Mint with tea spoon of raw coconut oil or Olive oil spread and mix at the end.
Spread beans and cooked Brown Rice, over Romain lettuce, with Avocado and fresh salsa or Tahini sauce and ready to eat.

Soak lentil for an hour and heat to taste. Blend with ginger, curry spice (turmeric, paprika, cayenne, pepper, etc), amino soy sauce, tamarind, and honey, tahini optional.
Chop: basil and lots of mint, carrots, zucchini, sun dried tomatoes, beets, etc.
Add coconut oil or coconut butter to broth and veggies to heat and serve.

Meat of 2 young Thai coconut and water, 2 pinches of curry powder, 1 tea spoon of liquid amino, pinch of cayenne pepper. Blend all ingredients together until thick and smooth. Add chopped baby broccoli, snow peas, red bell pepper, tempeh on top of the soup. Makes 2 to 3 servings.

Spread al these over thin wheat raw sprouted crust, or raw flax seed crust. Top with thin white young coconut, tomatoes, mushrooms, red onions, avocados (optional), sprinkle the top with cold pressed flax oil, and sea salt to taste.

Dressing: 1 tea spoon tahini, 1 tea spoon lemon juice, 1/4 tea spoon rice vinegar, 1 table spoon olive oil, 1 tea spoon honey, and sea salt to taste.

2 table spoons cold pressed flax seed oil, sea salt to taste. Mix everything in a food processor real smooth and keep it in the refrigerator. Serve with diced
strawberries on top cold or add organic coconut ice cream.
RAW ALMOND COCONUT CAROB CAKE
1/2 cup fresh white coconut or young coconut meat, 1 cup cashew (raw) and almonds soakedfor 3 hours, 4 table spoon raw tahini butter, 1 cup raw honey, 3 table spoon raw carob powder,
2 table spoons cold pressed flax seed oil, sea salt to taste. Mix everything in a food processor real smooth and keep it in the refrigerator. Serve with diced
strawberries on top cold or add organic coconut ice cream.
Raw Pumpkin Pie: Raw Crust: Make the Raw Almond, walnut, cashew desert with Tahini and honey in food processor and keep it in the refrigerator.
Pie: soaked cashew mixed with agave, young coconut meat and water in vita-mix. Add three table spoon raw coconut oil, pinch sea salt, carrots, and pumpkin pie spice. When you mix all in high power and pour it on top of the crust. Put that in deep freezer for 45 minutes. Add raw ice coconut cream on top to serve.
