Shakyamuni Buddha is the supreme physician. Noble Eight-fold Path is the king of Medicine. Eight-fold path mental discipline is not a simple minded, trusting, blind faith, devotion or moral. It is a definite confidence borne out of experiential acquisition and insight wisdom which cannot be destroyed. You work with existing situations without fear, ownership or attachment, without any doubt about your involvement. Eight fold-path is extremely creative and positive direct path to mindfulness insight. Mindfulness Insight is not memory. Memory is time bounded "ME". Mindfulness insight is renunciation from automatic time bounded knowledge and "ME". Mindfulness Insight is end of time, end of knowledge. It is Sunyata emptiness of no-self noble self. Mindfulness Insight is a process of Buddha's doctrine of dependent co-arising sign of unsustainable, impermanence, and what causes suffering to self and others.

Skill training of physical energy discipline. Beginning with non-harming of any living being, this training extends to plant base diet as well as abstaining from consuming, killing, harming or trading life. It is returning world peace (Metta) to other sentient beings and the environment
Second Sila: Adinnadana veramani sikkhapadang samadiyami.
Skill training of the mental discipline of not taking anything that is not rightfully yours, and not keeping more than you need: charity, generosity or good will gratitude to all visible and invisible sentient being; mindful training to abstain from stealing, hoarding and robbing or ruining the environment; returning environment back to its natural diversity in harmony.
Third Sila: Kamesu micchacara veramani sikkhapadang samadiyami.
Skill training of emotional discipline to abstain from sexual passion or conduct that leads to the suffering of oneself and others.
Fourth Sila: Musavada veramani sikkhapadang samadiyami. Skill training of cognitive energy to abstain from false, harmful, or useless speech that cause harm to others and self.
Fifth Sila: Sura-meraya-majja pamadatthana veramani sikkhapadang samadiyami.
Skill training of bio-chemical discipline to refrain from Alcohol and other Process, Refined food, heedless exercise, and entertainment.
Five Silas are arranged in two karma. They are Food karma and yoga karma. First and fourth Silas are food karma. Second, third and fourth are Yoga-meditation Karma. Food karma is the world seed outer breath and yoga-meditation is the thought seed of inner breath. Karma develops and promotes conditionality. It is conditionality which promotes the concentration for cause and effect to happen. The world seed of food and yoga karma is virtually synonymous with the highest truth, emptiness, and nirvana.
Dharma means the habits of mental discipline and Sila means personality, strength, or confidence. When Dharma is powered by the Five silas (ethics, morality) in action it transforms expectations, uncertainty, fear, and pain into inspiration, wisdom, happiness, joy, and enlightenment. DHARMASILA means the ethical conduct of enlightenment. The quality, depth, and range of spectrum of silas determines the quality of enlightenment body that is Dharmakaya.
"Those who recognize the existence of suffering, its cause,
its remedy and cessation have fathomed the Four Noble Truths.
They will walk in the right path. Right views will be the torch to
light their way. Right aspiration will be their guide. Right speech
will be their dwelling place on the road. Their gait will be straight,

Right effort will be their steps, right thoughts their breath; and
right contemplation will give them peace that follows in the

Moreover, noble-eightfold path (Ariya Atthangika Magga) culture change participants may experience love, kindness and joy more readily. Be less caught up in habitual deterministic thinking. And find that they are able to think at a higher and more sophisticated level with more creativity and more vision.
