Bare Awareness:

In the world of multilayer technology, it is not easy to develop and maintain because of the mind's disposition to be constantly preoccupied co-authoring thoughts. We easily lose attention to our conscious and sub conscious information overload.

Our emotional life is constantly creeping up to take us over. Without cultivating the change of mindfulness practice, the capacity to maintain attention, dis-identification is very difficult, and bare awareness even more so. 

Quite, un-intrusive awareness to strengthens our capacity to remain with our bare breath is vital for our mind body immune system. We simply allow their presence without judging, fixing, or without needing to make them change and welcome them with generosity to dissolve.

Insight into the underlying nature of reality focuses upon the innate clarity and maintaining emptiness of the mind as the causal ground of all rapid appearing phenomena. Deep concentration on bare awareness develops a quality of awareness that goes beyond the limitations and complexities of appearance. 

Meditation on bare breath innate clarity enables us relate to our experiences from a new perspective, particularly with our emotional intelligent of lives. Once we develop the ability to name our emotional intelligent, character flaws, and personality patterns, we open up the windows of freedom to make choices, and not to get so caught in their power. 

To become liberated from them altogether requires a more subtle level of awareness that addresses their underlying nature. To develop this awareness we must go through a number of stages for cultivating a consciousness to develop four essential qualities of metta world peace of loving kindness, karuna compassion of intention, mudita of joy to other people, and all sentient being happiness, and upekkha wisdom of non-attachments. 

It increases the mind's innate nature, specially developing four essential qualities of quiet, present, openness, and clarity. "Quiet" means settling and being free of distracting thoughts; "present" means we recognize the significance of being utter present, in relationship to what is happening, not caught in past or future, and not split off, disengaged, or spaced out; "openness" means being relaxed, spacious, and accepting, remaining loose and free from doubts and speculation, natural, not clinging to anything; and finally "clarity" means being sharp, alert, and not sluggish or dull.
